Eligibility
The following individuals may access the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center:
Dollywood Company Hosts after 30 days of employment
Hosts who are eligible and elect COBRA coverage
Hosts who retire after 20 years of service
Dependents of Dollywood Company Hosts will be eligible after 30 days of the Hosts employment*
*Note: Enrollment for dependents through the HFE Employee Portal is required if you have dependents - click here for instructions.

Visits at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center will have the following cost. Payment will be collected at time of service via credit card, HSA card, cash, check or payroll deduction.
