Appointments are required.
Please schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center through one of the following methods.
If you are unable to make your appointment time, please call ahead to cancel, out of courtesy for other patients and the Healthcare Center staff.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
If you have an appointment but are unable to attend that appointment, please reschedule or cancel as far in advance as possible (preferably a day prior) via one of the following methods:
call the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center at (865) 868-1333, or
if you scheduled your appointment through the patient portal login online or in the mobile app to edit your appointment.
